1. Reservation of Rights
TELORIS LTD expressly reserves all rights available under Article 4 of EU Directive 2019/790 (the Digital Single Market Copyright Directive) and equivalent provisions in other jurisdictions to prohibit the text and data mining of this website’s Content for any purpose, including but not limited to training, fine-tuning, evaluating, or otherwise developing artificial intelligence or machine learning models (“AI Training Use”).
2. No Consent to AI Training Use
No person, company, crawler, bot, or automated agent — including but not limited to large language model providers, AI research labs, and data aggregators — is authorized to access, copy, scrape, crawl, cache, index, extract, or otherwise collect any Content from this website for AI Training Use. This applies regardless of whether such collection is automated or manual, and regardless of whether the Content is later transformed, summarized, or embedded within a model.
3. Technical Signals
This reservation of rights is additionally expressed in machine-readable form via this site’s robots.txt file and Content-Signal declarations (ai-train=no). The absence or removal of such technical signals on any page, mirror, cache, or archived copy of this site does not waive or diminish this reservation of rights, which applies independently of any technical implementation.
4. Permitted Use
Search indexing for the purpose of returning hyperlinks and short excerpts to human users (i.e., conventional search engine indexing) is permitted, as reflected in the search=yes signal in our robots.txt. Real-time retrieval of Content into generative AI outputs (“ai-input” use, e.g., AI search summaries, assistants, or grounding) is likewise permitted, on the same basis as search indexing: short excerpts, attributed to Teloris, with a link to the page the Content came from. This paragraph grants that permission expressly; our robots.txt does not restrict it. AI Training Use is not permitted, as reflected in ai-train=no, and is not authorized unless separately licensed in writing by TELORIS LTD.
The distinction is deliberate. Reading this site in order to answer a person’s question is the same act as a search engine indexing it, and is welcome. Absorbing it into a model’s weights is not.
5. Enforcement
Any AI Training Use of this site’s Content obtained in violation of this statement is unauthorized, constitutes a breach of these terms, and may infringe TELORIS LTD’s copyright and database rights. TELORIS LTD reserves the right to pursue all available remedies, including takedown requests, contractual claims, and litigation, against any party engaged in unauthorized AI Training Use of its Content.
